Manager Code
To issue a refund, you must use the 4-digit manager code. This code is required when performing a refund and other important actions through payment terminals and partner integrations.
⚠️ Note: The manager code can only be viewed or changed by the owner or an administrator.
Allow refunds for employees
This setting determines whether employees are allowed to use the manager code mentioned above.
Hide Totals
This setting allows you to limit what employees can view. When enabled, the employee will only be able to see the 10 most recent transactions. Daily totals will no longer be visible.
Auto Decimal Comma
This setting determines whether a decimal comma needs to be entered manually, or if it will be automatically added when entering amounts via the calculator. This simplifies price entry.
Allow Skipping Tags
This option is only available when the tag feature is enabled and tags have been created. It allows you to choose whether using tags at checkout is mandatory or can be skipped.
Set Daily Cut-off Time
This setting defines when your sales day begins and ends within a 24-hour cycle. It’s especially useful for businesses operating in the evening or at night, such as bars or restaurants.
By default, the cut-off time is set to 00:00, meaning a new day starts at midnight.
For example, if you set the cut-off time to 04:00, your sales day will run from 04:00 until 03:59:59 the next day. As a result, reports may not align with the calendar day—so the 'today' report will reflect your custom cut-off time.
Tipping Settings
These settings determine whether the tipping option appears during checkout and whether tips are included in the sales reports. You can let customers choose from three preset percentage options. You can also decide whether the corresponding amount is displayed next to each percentage.
⚠️ Please Note: this feature is not available when the catalog function is enabled.
