With the Team Management feature, you can easily add, invite, or remove admins or team members within the dashboard.
How to Add a User
Open the Klearly Dashboard and go to Team Management.
Click Invite a Team Member in the top-right corner.
Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
The invited user will receive an email with instructions to create a user account within your Klearly account.
Roles and Permissions
When inviting a user, you’ll choose a role. This role determines the permissions for that user.
Owner
- Can invite both administrators and employees
- Can accept transactions and issue refunds
- Has full access to all data
- Can manage settings and features
Administrator
- Can invite both administrators and employees
- Can accept transactions and issue refunds
- Has full access to all data
- Can manage settings and features
Employee
- Can only view, accept, and refund their transactions
- Cannot invite other users or change settings
- Can see a limited list of transactions and daily totals, if enabled by an administrator or owner
Finance
- Can only download reports and see aggregated amounts in the dashboard.
- Can not access to the mobile app.
Operation
- Have 'read only' permissions.
- Can generate easy login codes to help employees log into the app.
- Can view products, tags and shifts.
- Can not access the mobile app.
Customer service
- Can generate easy login codes to help employees log into the app.
- Can view products, tags and shifts as well.
- Can not access the mobile app.
