The Hardware Overview provides a clear and up-to-date summary of all devices linked to your Klearly account. This feature makes it easy to manage your hardware and quickly see the status and usage of each device.

What you’ll see in the Hardware Overview

For each device, we display the following information:

• Device Name

  A recognizable name for the device. You can customize this yourself.

  For Sunmi and PAX devices, these names also appear as separate sections in the daily sales report.

• Serial Number (SN)

  The unique serial number of the device.

• Status

  Indicates whether the device is currently active or inactive.

• Manufacturer

  The supplier of the device.

• Model

  The specific model of the device.

• Software Version

  The current Klearly app version installed on the device.

• Last Activity

  The date and time the device was last active.

• User

  The person who last logged in on the device.
