Our payment partner, Rapyd Europe, has confirmed that they fall under the VAT exemption for payment services. According to the Dutch Tax Authority, it is not mandatory to issue an invoice for goods and services that are exempt from VAT. Therefore, we currently do not issue invoices for payment services.
