Request To Delete Personal Data

To prevent the collection of personal data again, we ask you to:

• Delete the Klearly app from all your devices.
• Cancel your account via our support team.
• Clear cookies from your devices.

Please be aware that some data must be retained due to legal obligations for audit, archiving, or administrative purposes. This includes tax and legal requirements or cases involving complaints or disputes.

• For accounts with transactions, personal data will be deleted after the statutory retention period of five years (in accordance with the Wwft).
• For accounts without transactions, personal data will be deleted within one month after receiving the deletion request.

Klearly processes each deletion request within one month.
