Klearly does not accept businesses that pose a high risk and reserves the right to reject them. Unsupported business activities include:
- Businesses in sectors with unclear and/or unverifiable activities.
- Structures suspected to be used by the business to evade taxes or conceal ownership.
- Businesses whose representatives and/or owners have a history of bankruptcies.
- Businesses or their representatives and/or owners with a history of fraud, money laundering, or terrorism.
- Parties processing funds on behalf of third parties.
- Charitable organizations.
- Pornography and erotic services.
- Gambling companies.
- Aggressive sales tactics that pressure customers.
- Illegal activities.
- Narcotics, CBD, and products used to produce or consume drugs.
- Medical diagnostics, such as diagnostic test kits for HIV, diabetes, pregnancy, COVID-19.
- Sale of products not approved or regulated by an authorized regulatory body.
- Pyramid schemes.
- Entities believed to promote or justify racism, violence, terrorism, or similar matters.
- Counterfeit goods.
- Cyberlockers.
- Financial services, including loans, cryptocurrency trading, and investment products.
- Web hosting services.
- Vacation providers without membership in a guarantee fund.
- Weapons and ammunition.
