To use Klearly effectively and accept contactless payments, your phone needs to meet a few technical requirements. Check here to see if your device is compatible, including information about NFC and supported models.
An NFC Chip
The Klearly app uses contactless payments via NFC (Near Field Communication). This means you can accept a payment by holding your phone close to a debit card or mobile device.

NFC Check On Phone
iPhone Devices
Open the Settings app.
Go to 'Wallet & Apple Pay'.
If you can add cards there. Your iPhone has NFC, and it's enabled for payments.
You can also try downloading an NFC tag scanner app from the App Store.
Android Devices
Open Settings.
Tap on 'Connections', 'Network & Internet', or 'Connected Devices' (this depends on your phone’s brand).
Look for 'NFC' or 'NFC & Payments'.
If you see this option, your phone supports NFC.
Make sure the switch is turned on to activate NFC.

iPhone Devices
Supported from iPhone XS and newer.
Requires iOS 16.4 or higher.
Android Devices
Requires Android 9 (Pie) or higher.
Your device must support NFC.
