Changing The Bank Account Linked To Your Pax Terminal

Each PAX terminal is linked to a specific bank account. This link remains active even if you log out and log back in with a different Klearly account.

Receipt Paper For PAX A920 Pro Terminal

The PAX A920 Pro uses receipt rolls. Make sure you always have enough stock. Klearly does not sell receipt rolls, but you can easily order them via link. 

Card Position For Contactless Payments

To process contactless payments correctly, it’s important to hold the card against the right spot on the terminal. Below are the correct positions for each PAX model:

• PAX A920 Pro
  Hold the card against the front of the terminal (not on top).
• PAX A77 
  Hold the card against the top rear of the terminal.
• PAX A35
  Hold the card near the top of the screen.

If the card doesn’t work, the chip may be damaged or the card might not be set up for contactless payments. In that case, try a different card or use the card slot.

You can easily switch your PAX terminal from 4G to WiFi.
