Minimum Android Version
o use the Klearly app, your Android device must be running Android 9 or higher.
Disable Developer Options
If you receive a notification that Developer Options are enabled, follow the steps below to disable them.

Changing Country In The Google Play Store
Follow the steps below to change the country of your Play Store account:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > General > Account and device preferences.
- Scroll down to Country and profiles.
- Select the desired country and add a payment method from that country.
- Confirm the change.
Card Positioning For Contactless Payments
Hold the card against the back of the device, where the NFC chip is located.
Still not working? Possible causes:
- The chip on the card may be damaged.
- Contactless payments may not be enabled on the card.
In that case, try another card or use the card slot.
Updating The Klearly App
New app versions include important improvements. Always make sure you have the latest version installed.
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile icon (top-right).
- Go to Manage apps & device.
- Find 'Klearly' in the list of available updates.
- Tap Update.
Enable NFC
To process contactless payments, NFC must be turned on:
- Open your phone’s Settings.
- Go to Connections or Network & Internet (depending on your device).
- Find and tap NFC.
- Turn the toggle on.
- Restart the Klearly app.
The app should now function properly.
