The Team Management feature allows you to easily add, invite, or remove administrators or employees within the app.
How To Add An User
- Open the Klearly app and go to 'Functionalities,' then select 'Team Management'.
- Tap the purple plus (+) button in the bottom-right corner.
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
- The invited user will receive an email with instructions to create a user account within the Klearly account.
Roles And Permissions
When inviting a new user, you’ll be asked to assign a role. This role determines the level of access the user will have in the Klearly app.
Owner
- Can invite both administrators and employees
- Can accept transactions and issue refunds
- Has full access to all data
- Can manage settings and features
Administrator
- Can invite both administrators and employees
- Can accept transactions and issue refunds
- Has full access to all data
- Can manage settings and features
Employee
- Can only view, accept, and refund their transactions
- Cannot invite other users or change settings
- Can see a limited list of transactions and daily totals, if enabled by an administrator or owner
Finance
- Can only download reports and see aggregated amounts in the dashboard.
- Can not access to the mobile app.
Operation
- Have 'read only' permissions.
- Can generate easy login codes to help employees log into the app.
- Can view products, tags and shifts.
- Can not access the mobile app.
Customer service
- Can generate easy login codes to help employees log into the app.
- Can view products, tags and shifts as well.
- Can not access the mobile app.
