The catalog is only visible to mobile users of the Klearly app.

The catalog feature allows you to easily create submenus and products so you can quickly select items during transactions without manually entering prices. The catalog replaces the calculator home screen and functions similarly to a point-of-sale (POS) system. Additionally, product names will automatically appear on the receipt.

⚠️ Please note: You cannot create standalone products and move them to submenus later. Therefore, make sure to first set up the desired submenu structure. You can add multiple submenu levels within each submenu.

Creating A Submenu

1. Tap the plus icon (+) in the bottom right corner and select 'Add submenu'.
2. Enter a name for the submenu.
3. Save the submenu.

Creating A Product/Item Within A Submenu

1. Tap the submenu where you want to add a product.
2. Tap 'open' to access the submenu (not 'edit').
3. Tap the plus icon (+) in the bottom right corner and select 'Add product'.
4. Enter the product name, price including VAT, VAT rate, and optionally upload an image.
5. Save the product.

1. Tap the plus icon (+) in the bottom right corner and select 'Add product'.
2. Enter the product name, price including VAT, VAT rate, and optionally upload an image.
3. Save the product.
