At Klearly, only one bank account number can be linked to your account. For security reasons, it is not possible to change this yourself via the app. Any request to change the IBAN is manually reviewed to prevent fraud.
Changing your bank account number
If you want to change your IBAN, we require proof of ownership showing that the new account number is linked to your business. This proof must clearly display both the account number and the name of the account holder or business name.
Acceptable proof of account ownership, one of the following is sufficient:
A screenshot of your online banking environment
A bank statement
A photo of the front of the bank card
Please send your change request along with the new bank account number and one of the documents listed above to our support team (support@klearly.nl). We will assist you in processing this change. Please note that this must also be processed by our payment processor and may take several business days.
