Check your login details
Make sure you’re using the correct email address and password.
Watch out for extra spaces or typos, and check that Caps Lock is turned off, as the login feature is case-sensitive.
Reset your password
Go to the login page and click 'Forgot password'.
Enter the email address linked to your account.
You’ll receive a verification code by email. Enter the code and set a new password.
