A refund is always processed to the same payment method the customer used for the original transaction (for example, the same debit or credit card).

Refund initiated by our support team
This refund is returned via the bank. The processing time depends on the currency:

• Payments in euros: usually visible within one business day.

• Payments in foreign currencies: usually visible within three business days.
