It is important that your information in our system is accurate. We explain how to change the username for different types of accounts:
Primary User
Changing the name of the primary user means assigning a new owner to the Klearly account. If you want to update this, for example after a business acquisition, send your change request together with an updated Chamber of Commerce extract to our support department.
Administrator Account
To change the name of an administrator, the current administrator account must be deleted. This can only be done by the primary user. After that, the primary user or another administrator can send a new invitation to create a new administrator account with the correct name.
Employee Account
To change an employee’s name, you need to delete the current employee account. This action can only be performed by the primary user or an administrator. Afterward, a new invitation can be sent to create a new employee account with the correct name.
Finance Account
To change the name of a finance account, the current account must be deleted. This can only be done by the primary user. After that a new invitation can be sent to create a new account with the correct name.
Operation Account
To change the name of an operation account, the current account must be deleted. This can only be done by the primary user. After that a new invitation can be sent to create a new account with the correct name.
