If you're unable to log in or want to change your password, you can easily reset it in two ways. Here we explain both methods for resetting your password. 

Forgot Password At Login

Forgot your password? No problem.

1. Go to the login screen and click on ‘Forgot password’ below the password field.
2. Enter your email address.
3. You will receive a verification code by email.
4. Enter this code and immediately set a new password.

Change Password When Logged In

1. Log in to the Klearly dashboard.
2. Go to ‘Your account’ (bottom left in the menu).
3. Click on the ‘Change password’ tab.
4. You will receive a verification code by email.
5. Enter the code and set your new password.
