Primary User
Changing the primary user’s email address means a new username will be linked to the account login. If you want to make this change, please send your request along with the new email address to our support team.
⚠️ Please Note: This request must be submitted by the primary user of the Klearly account.
Other Accounts
Currently, it is not possible to change the email address of an existing account. If you want to use a different email address, please delete the current user and create a new user with the desired email address.
