With the Klearly app, you can easily issue a full refund directly.
⚠️ Note: It is not possible to process a partial refund, and a refund can only be completed if the original payment card is present. If you need a (partial) refund or the card is not available, please contact our support team.
Follow these steps:
Open the Klearly app and log in with your Klearly account.
Tap the hamburger menu (the three lines) in the top-left corner.
Go to Transaction List.
Find and tap the transaction you want to refund.
Click Refund.
Enter the manager code. Read here how to set up this code in the Klearly dashboard.
Ask the customer to hold their payment card or phone near your device (this works the same for both iPhone and Android).
Wait for the confirmation in the app.
(Optional) Send the customer a digital receipt via email, SMS, or QR code.
