Changing the primary user means assigning a new owner to the account. If you want to make this change, for example after a company acquisition, send your change request together with an updated Chamber of Commerce extract to our support department.
Changing the primary user’s email address means linking a new username to the account login. If you want to update this email address, please send your request along with the new email address to our support team. We will assist you further in implementing this change.
